The Nouwens carpet supplied by TLC has transformed our two bedrooms and I am really happy with them. TLC also quoted really quickly and their sales consultant was so competent and friendly. It is a pity that there is a lack of continuity in the service in that I dealt with 5 people between quote, sales, general communication, invoicing, and installation team, with no single person overseeing the whole process. When I had follow up questions, I was passed onto yet another person.

Outstanding Service and Professional Installation! We are extremely happy with our new flooring and the entire process from start to finish. The planning stage was made incredibly easy by Ryan and Nicolene, who were both excellent to deal with, highly responsive, and made sure all our questions were answered. On 24 July, I met with Stephen Murphy to discuss the installation of laminated flooring in our beach apartment, as our tiles had lifted due to building movement. Stephen’s knowledge and expertise in the industry were invaluable in helping us make the right decisions, and in my experience, he went above and beyond from the very start. The work began on 7 August and, despite challenges like very wet and rainy days, the project was completed to absolute perfection by 11 August. The installation team, led by Loyiso Jack, were exceptionally professional, informative, and highly skilled. They maintained daily communication, left the site spotless at the end of each day, and ensured everything was well-prepared for the following day’s work. I have not been this impressed by such consistently high service levels from a company in as long as I can remember. Well done to every single team member—from the installers to the administrative staff—who contributed to a seamless and stress-free installation from start to finish.

I cannot recommend TLC Flooring highly enough after Brian and his team totally transformed my old, dirty terracotta kitchen tile floors with Aspen Beach Wood. My kitchen looks so much bigger and brighter.
Super professional, always on time, courteous and careful work teams. No stress when I asked if they could replace a small section of vinyl with another piece as original darker than the rest. And they put all the furniture back. 5 stars from me.
