The team arrived on the agreed time. They worked very neat. Carpets were laid very good. Everyhing was cleaned/vacuumed and they assisted in putting back a few large items.I am very satisfied and can recommend thos company to anyone who needs carpets or flooring !

We had a fantastic experience with TLC Flooring from start to finish. From our very first interaction, their communication was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with an urgent laminate flooring installation for a rental property, and we really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were throughout the process. The installation went seamlessly, the team was professional, and the end result looks fantastic. We genuinely cannot speak highly enough of TLC Flooring and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional flooring services. Thank you to the entire team for making the process so easy!

Excellent service from quoting through to install. Thank you very much.

Stephen and his team were amazing in every step of the process

This is the second time we have used TLC flooring for vinyl installation and they really are the best in the business. From efficient and friendly communication, a punctual and reliable team to incredible workmanship- TLC exceeded our expectations from start to finish. I highly recommend TLC! Thank you to Nicky, Ryan and team for another amazing experience! Our floors have brought new life into our home.

A huge thank you to TLC Flooring for the incredible work done on my studio floors! From start to finish, the whole process was such a good experience. Communication was extremely pleasant and professional throughout, and the team was consistently helpful with every question along the way. The quality of the installation speaks for itself, and it's been an absolute pleasure working with a company that takes such pride in their service. Highly recommend TLC Flooring to anyone looking for excellent workmanship paired with genuinely great people to deal with. Thank you again for helping bring Sol Studios to life!

We had a lovely experience having laminate floors installed by the TLC team. The whole process was super smooth and everyone we interacted with was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We're very happy with the result, thanks to the whole team!

Great experience with TLC. Stephen - as always is fantastic. Goes far out of his way to make sure that one is comfortable with the choice of carpet. Good experience with the layout team too. Highly recommend

Really amazing service and work done. Extra care was taken and they managed to make things flow easily and work with my schedule.

Great service!

TLC were amazing to deal with. So professional and great service. We are very happy with the floors that they installed for us.

Wonderful service from the TLC team for our blinds, very friendly team and quick turnaround times.

We recently installed vinyl floors on a flat in our property and were very happy with the services provided by TLC Flooring.Nicky was super helpful when we were choosing the floor and very efficient in providing us with the quote. The installation was stress free, really quickly and efficient. And, most of all, we are very happy with the rustic oak finishing we chose. The floor looks like real wood and everyone who saw the flat has commented on how nice the floor is. On top of that, it has been really nice to have floors that don't make noise when people (or large dogs with big nails) walk on it.We are very happy and would certainly recommend TLC Flooring to anyone looking for nice practical floors.

thankyou TLC flooring for your fabulous work in fitting out the lift in our building with a great new floor!
Your contractors work was flawless, they arrived on time, worked quickly and neatly, the tiles look fab ,easy to clean and really have added a fresh touch .

thanks from all of us

A job very well done, from start to finish.
Ryan, Nicolene, and the site manager, Loyiso.
I am very happy with the installation of my Vinyl flooring, completed in Italian Oak and herringbone layout.
Project completed a day ahead of schedule. Loyiso holds his team to a very high standard.
Very friendly, efficient and neat. The site was always left clean and tidy at the end of a day.
I will definitely recommend TLC for supply and installation.

We are so happy with our new vinyl floors and blinds. Brian assisted us every step of the way, offering excellent advice and professional, friendly support.

Extremely efficient and professional team. Amazing quality blinds and carpets - couldn't be happier with them in our new space. Many thanks

From start to finish our experience was fantastic. Super quick turn around on coming to our house and giving us a quote. You were flexible with our availability and the team of 3 (Denzil, Granville and Brandon) were great. On time both mornings, efficient and neat and did an excellent job. Thanks a million! We are so happy with the result.

Excellent service. The communication was top-class and the installer was very professional. We are very happy with TLC flooring and we'll definitely use them in the future.

Highly recommend TLC flooring. They were professional, a breeze to deal with and the workmanship is outstanding. The team worked quickly and meticulously to remove the existing carpet and replace it with vinyl in less than 3 days. The end result is flawless - I couldn't be happier. Thank you Thank you Thank you

The Nouwens carpet supplied by TLC has transformed our two bedrooms and I am really happy with them. TLC also quoted really quickly and their sales consultant was so competent and friendly. It is a pity that there is a lack of continuity in the service in that I dealt with 5 people between quote, sales, general communication, invoicing, and installation team, with no single person overseeing the whole process. When I had follow up questions, I was passed onto yet another person.

Outstanding Service and Professional Installation! We are extremely happy with our new flooring and the entire process from start to finish. The planning stage was made incredibly easy by Ryan and Nicolene, who were both excellent to deal with, highly responsive, and made sure all our questions were answered. The installation itself was superb. Adnaan and his team were absolutely fantastic—highly professional, extremely courteous, and clearly experts at their craft. They worked efficiently and kept the area tidy. The end result looks brilliant. It's rare to find a company where every single person you interact with is a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be using them again for all our future flooring needs. Highly recommend!

Big thanks to TLC for the quick turn around on quoting, screeding and installation of the vinyl floor. Super happy with the finished product, and the installation is absolutely on point. All done at a great price by great team.

We have been using TLC for our flooring and blinds at various properties since 2019 and they give us great service every time. We can highly recommend their services.

Such a pleasure doing business with TLC Flooring. Stephen was so helpful giving me advice to help make my carpet choice, the fitters were efficient and professional and the end result looks fab. Thanks you guys.

What a pleasure dealing with TLC from start to finish. At the time of quoting, Brian was helpful and full of good advice. Anthea then answered my questions promptly. Tino and Fabien did a great job at installation. And the blinds are fantastic! The service, communication and approach of everyone I dealt with was top notch. I would not hesitate to use them.

Blinds installation from quotation to installation was handled efficiently and professionally

On 24 July, I met with Stephen Murphy to discuss the installation of laminated flooring in our beach apartment, as our tiles had lifted due to building movement. Stephen’s knowledge and expertise in the industry were invaluable in helping us make the right decisions, and in my experience, he went above and beyond from the very start.

The work began on 7 August and, despite challenges like very wet and rainy days, the project was completed to absolute perfection by 11 August. The installation team, led by Loyiso Jack, were exceptionally professional, informative, and highly skilled. They maintained daily communication, left the site spotless at the end of each day, and ensured everything was well-prepared for the following day’s work.

I have not been this impressed by such consistently high service levels from a company in as long as I can remember. Well done to every single team member—from the installers to the administrative staff—who contributed to a seamless and stress-free installation from start to finish.

It was a small job that others weren’t willing to take on but TLC did. They were friendly professional and generally very helpful. Will definitely use them again and can highly recommend. Thank you I really appreciate you helping us

We had blinds installed and received prompt, pleasant and efficient service from the whole team. Highly recommend TLC.

I cannot recommend TLC Flooring highly enough after Brian and his team totally transformed my old, dirty terracotta kitchen tile floors with Aspen Beach Wood. My kitchen looks so much bigger and brighter.
Super professional, always on time, courteous and careful work teams. No stress when I asked if they could replace a small section of vinyl with another piece as original darker than the rest. And they put all the furniture back. 5 stars from me.

No stress when I asked if they could replace a small, darker vinyl section with a lighter piece. And they put all the furniture back! 5 stars from me.
